Repartidor Reconocida empresa de distribución de vinos busca una persona responsable y polivalente para desempeñar funciones de reparto en el sector de la Hostelería. Ubicación: Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Tiempo completo Tareas Cargar la mercancía en el almacén central y descarga de manera profesional en los clientes. Realizar entregas a los clientes en las ubicaciones designadas, asegurando la entrega puntual y segura de los productos. Mantener y organizar adecuadamente el inventario de la mercancía en el vehículo de reparto para facilitar un acceso rápido y eficiente durante las entregas. Verificar y confirmar que los pedidos coincidan con la documentación de entrega antes de salir del almacén para evitar errores durante el proceso de entrega. Proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente durante las entregas, respondiendo a consultas básicas y garantizando una experiencia satisfactoria para el cliente. Liquidación administrativa de la ruta a final de la jornada. Asegurando el buen estado de funcionamiento y limpieza del vehículo de reparto y reportando cualquier problema mecánico o de mantenimiento. Requisitos Licencia de conducir tipo B vigente. Experiencia previa en un puesto similar Capacidad para manejar cargas pesadas y realizar tareas de carga y descarga. Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y responsable. VP Delivery strategically drives 700+ people operations with a clear focus on increasing the scale of business. The primary focus of this role is shaping the delivery strategy for ones areas of responsibility and directly contribute into company strategy as a whole. The roles objectives are connected with company top-level goals and Delivery Segment business growth. Apart of working closely with Intellias LT on shaping delivery strategy, a set of responsibilities includes supervising a large engineering organization, performance management, financial management, contribution to sales, presales as well as account growth. The role will report to C-level (Chief Delivery Officer). Responsibilities: Lead Delivery Organization: Lead a team of directors to deliver high-quality service to our cllients Develop and implement best practices and processes to continuously improve our efficiency and quality of companys services Lead the exploration and adoption of new technologies and tools to drive innovation and efficiency Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the delivery teams Be a trustful partner for key clients and support business development: Lead collaboration with our clients to understand their business goals and help to develop tailored solutions to meet their needs Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure smooth project delivery and ongoing success Be involved in top-priority pre-sales, providing direction, guidance, and support to the team and ensure the success of our sales efforts Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective segment strategies Keep Intellias on the edge of technology innovation: Identify and evaluate new and emerging technologies that can be applied to our solutions and services Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy that aligns with the companys business goals and objectives Stay up-to-date with the latest software engineering trends and technologies to ensure our team is always at the cutting edge of the industry Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing field, working in a well-established software outsourcing company (3000+ employees) Experience in managing an engineering organization of 700+ people, with a proven record of results and achievements Strong program and portfolio management skills, Agile project management Deep level of expertise with modern SW engineering technology, best practices and trends; past experience working in a role of solution architect or similar is an advantage In-depth understanding of Digital business as well as its IT landscape and trends Visionary mindset, combining entrepreneurial skills with core management and leadership presence Profound experience with strategic planning and execution Getting things done attitude, proactivity and assertiveness in achieving the goals; ready for an extra mile Profound understanding of large IT outsourcing company organization (governance, processes, org. structure, financial management, etc.) Good understanding and experience with biz-dev (S&M, AM) in service business. Strong competence in presale management Financial management skills, experience managing P&L for a large services organization MSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or another engineering area; additional business education (e.g. MBA or similar) would be an advantage Fluent level of written and spoken English Ready for frequent travelling
