Location: Ibiza, Spain
Position: Sales Associate /
Compensation: €1,200/month base + bonus + commissions

We are a multi-brand concept space where fashion, art, and lifestyle meet. Located in Ibiza, we curate emerging and established brands in a setting designed to inspire, connect, and elevate. We are currently seeking a Sales Associate who understands that selling is not about transactions. It’s about storytelling, energy, and connection.
YOUR ROLE
- Deliver an exceptional, high-touch client experience
- Represent and communicate the story behind each brand
- Drive sales through personalized styling and product knowledge
- Maintain the visual excellence of the store
- Support in-store activations, events, and brand moments
WHO YOU ARE
- Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and aesthetics
- Naturally charismatic, confident, and client-focused
- Strong communication skills (English required, Spanish preferred)
- Previous experience in retail, luxury, or hospitality is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment

Ubicados en Ibiza, curamos marcas emergentes y consolidadas en un entorno diseñado para inspirar, conectar y elevar.
Actualmente buscamos un(a) Asesor(a) de Ventas que entienda que vender no se trata de transacciones, sino de storytelling, energía y conexión.
TU ROL
- Brindar una experiencia al cliente excepcional y personalizada
- Representar y comunicar la historia detrás de cada marca
- Impulsar las ventas mediante styling personalizado y conocimiento del producto
- Mantener la excelencia visual de la tienda
- Apoyar en activaciones, eventos y experiencias dentro del espacio
QUIÉN ERES
- Apasionado(a) por la moda, el lifestyle y la estética
- Naturalmente carismático(a), seguro(a) y orientado(a) al cliente
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (inglés requerido, español preferido)
- Experiencia previa en retail, lujo u hospitalidad es un plus
- Capacidad para desenvolverse en un entorno dinámico e internacional
