We are looking for a motivated and technically-minded Sales Representative to join our growing company, ThermoStructures S.L., based in Stogrande, Cadiz, Spain.
You will be representing NUDURA ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) systems — an innovative, high-performance building technology used for constructing energy-efficient, solid, and durable structures. We hold the exclusive distribution rights for southern Spain, and this is a unique opportunity to be part of a serious, forward-thinking business.
Your role will involve:
• Promoting and selling NUDURA ICF systems to architects, developers, contractors, and self-builders
• Explaining the technical and economic benefits of ICF construction in a clear, consultative way
• Visiting potential clients, conducting showroom presentations, and attending site meetings
• Following up on leads, building strong relationships, and developing the regional market
What we’re looking for:
• Background in construction, architecture, engineering, or building materials
• Ability to read technical drawings and explain construction concepts
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Based in or familiar with southern Spain (Andalucía)
• Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on attitude
This is a hybrid sales + technical advisory role with excellent growth potential. You will have full support, training, and the chance to represent a premium international product with exclusive market access.
