Restaurant Manager / Floor Manager
STORI Restaurant is looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager or Floor Manager to join us as we build and lead a new team of hospitality professionals.
This role would also suit someone ready to step up into a management position. The successful candidate must be a strong team player and a natural leader, able to lead by example on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team
Work hands-on during service to ensure smooth daily operations
Deliver excellent customer service and guest experience
Train, guide, and develop a new team
Coordinate closely with kitchen and management
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation
Handle customer feedback in a professional manner
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, Supervisor, or someone ready to step up
Team player with strong leadership skills (essential)
Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Passion for hospitality and service excellence
English required; Spanish an advantage
