This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, as you will be working with a global clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the translation and localization sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their language service needs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Provide consultations and recommendations to clients on translation solutions.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
Requirements:
Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Spanish will be valued.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the translation, localization, or language services industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
