ph3Overview /h3pEMEA Recruitment is partnering exclusively with a global FMCG organisation to appoint a Global HR Business Partner, based in Madrid, on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The General HR Business Partner (1 year contract) will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, supporting the delivery of local and global HR initiatives. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle for Group employees, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and local employment practices. /liliPartner with the Global HR team and business leaders to support strategic people initiatives, organisational design, workforce planning, and HR transformation activities across multiple locations. /liliSupport global HR system implementations, process improvements, and change management initiatives, driving operational excellence across the HR function. /liliOversee workplace and facilities management for the Madrid office. /li /ulh3Key Experience Required /h3ulliStrong understanding of Spanish employment practices, combined with experience supporting international employee populations. /liliSignificant HR experience gained within an international, matrixed environment, with strong exposure to HR business partnering, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations. /liliExperience supporting organisational design, HR transformation initiatives, and HR systems implementations within global organisations. /liliHighly organised with excellent communication and influencing skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a proactive, hands‑on approach. /li /ulh3Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion /h3pEMEA Recruitment is committed to fostering Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
