He or she is responsible for analyzing our IT systems, developing optimization strategies, managing all procedures relating to implementation and carrying out regular checks. As part of their responsibilities, they ensure that the company adheres to best practice in terms of IT standards and guidelines, whilst troubleshooting systems. /p h3What will your daily responsibilities include in this role? /h3 h3ERP Administration Operations /h3 ul liAdminister Oracle Fusion environments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD) /li liManage user access, roles, and security configurations /li liMonitor system performance and ensure operational stability /li liOversee setup migration using Functional Setup Manager (FSM) /li /ul h3Security Access Governance /h3 ul liDesign and maintain roles (job roles, duty roles, custom roles) /li liEnsure compliance with segregation of duties (SoD) and audit requirements /li liManage data access (Business Units, Ledgers, Legal Entities) /li liSupport user provisioning and access control processes /li /ul h3Release Change Management /h3 ul liCoordinate Oracle quarterly releases and patching activities /li liPerform impact assessments and support regression testing /li liAlign changes with IT governance and change management processes /li liCollaborate with functional teams to ensure release readiness /li /ul h3Integration Data Management /h3 ul liMonitor and troubleshoot integrations (OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs) /li liSupport data loads and data corrections (FBDI, ADFdi) /li /ul h3Job Scheduling Monitoring /h3 ul liManage and monitor ESS jobs and batch processes /li liInvestigate and resolve job failures and performance issues /li liPerform log analysis and system diagnostics /li liTroubleshoot functional, technical, and security issues /li liSupport hypercare phases during go‑lives and stabilizations /li /ul h3What we ask for: /h3 ul liUniversity degree in computer science, information science or software engineering /li liMore than 10 years of professional experience as an IT consultant, IT analyst or in a similar role /li liStrong knowledge of: /li liSecurity model (roles, data access, SoD) /li liIntegration frameworks and data loading tools /li liJob scheduling and monitoring /li liExperience in production support and incident management /li liFamiliarity with release and environment management /li liExperience working in complex, multi‑country ERP environments /li liExperience in multinational environment /li liBusiness fluent English language /li liOrganised and thorough /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ul liThe opportunity to gain valuable experience within a large international corporation /li liA real perspective of working in a dynamic environment /li liPension Plan financed by the employer /li liOffer of medical insurance on preferential terms /li liFree Canteen /li liAnnual training plan /li /ul pExide is an equal opportunity workplace.
