Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and reliable waiter/waitress with bar and cocktail knowledge to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. - Take orders using an electronic device and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar. - Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages, maintaining the restaurant’s standards. - Listen and communicate clearly with guests to meet their needs, answer questions, and make recommendations. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. - Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations during service. - Learn quickly our menu, be able to explain it and addapt offerings to customer's preferences. - Maintain a quiet, efficient work environment; keep conversations to professional matters, without being loud, rude or disruptive talking among the staff. - Follow health and safety protocols at all times. Requirements: - Fluent in English (both written and spoken). The interview will be conducted in English, so applicants must be comfortable with this. - Previous experience in a waitstaff role with bar and cocktail experience. - Proficient in using electronic ordering systems. - Strong communication skills, both with customers and the team. - A passion for hospitality and providing a high standard of service. - Highly organized, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn. MISIÓN: El Guest Experience Coordinator cumple con la operativa diaria del departamento, comprometiéndose a lograr la excelencia en la satisfacción del cliente. Funciones: · Cumplir con los atributos, estándares y manuales que aplican en su departamento, así como velar por su cumplimiento en el resto de áreas. · Velar por la experiencia del cliente, personalizando su estancia, anticipándose a sus necesidades y superando sus expectativas. · Usar de manera eficiente las diferentes herramientas de gestión de la experiencia del cliente, así como conocer los resultados de la Voz del Cliente, cumpliendo con los de planes de mejora establecidos. · Gestionar la experiencia digital de los clientes durante su estancia, según la estrategia global. · Gestionar las incidencias de clientes, siguiendo los protocolos establecidos. · Cumplir con la Arquitectura Sensorial en las distintas áreas del hotel, en cuanto a iluminación, decoración, aroma e hilo musical. · Realizar los pedidos de material, siguiendo las pautas de producto marcadas, para la mejor optimización de los recursos económicos. Requisitos: · Formación en Turismo, ciencias sociales, RRPP, o similar. · Experiencia mínima de 1 año en el Departamento de Guest Experience u otro Departamento de cara al cliente. · Español e Inglés Avanzado. · Conocimientos de herramientas de gestión hotelera y/o Experiencia del Cliente. · Conocimientos de Operativa Hotelera. · Alta Vocación de servicio. · Atención a los detalles.
