As a Talent Sourcer at JT Recruitment, you play a key role in identifying and engaging qualified candidates for a range of technical and leadership positions.
You’ll work closely with the founder to build strong shortlists, using your sourcing expertise to find professionals who match our clients’ needs.
Ideal for someone who understands the nuances of technical recruitment and enjoys working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for roles such as Engineer, Work Planner (Werkvoorbereider), Project Manager, Mechanical Technician, Engineering Manager, Sales Manager, and Director-level positions
- Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CV databases to identify talent
- Screen profiles based on job criteria and provide brief summaries or notes
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and upcoming vacancies
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to align on search strategy and priorities
- Deliver weekly updates on sourcing progress and candidate engagement
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in all communications
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in engineering or manufacturing sectors
- Strong research and Boolean search skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Excellent written communication in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
