Store Associate / Store Supervisor (Depending on Experience)
GoBite Candy is opening a brand-new premium Swedish candy store in Torremolinos this July, and we are looking for enthusiastic and service-minded team members to join us from the very beginning.
Located inside Centro Comercial Carrefour, our store will offer a unique Pick & Mix experience featuring a wide selection of premium Swedish candy in a modern, fun and welcoming retail environment. We aim to create a destination for both local customers and international visitors of all ages.
We are currently recruiting Store Associates and Store Supervisors, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role
As part of the GoBite Candy team, you will play an important role in creating an outstanding customer experience while helping maintain a clean, organised and attractive store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Assist customers with our Pick & Mix concept
- Operate the cash register
- Refill and merchandise products
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards
- Support daily store operations
- Open and close the store when required
- Lead and support team members (supervisory positions)
Who We Are Looking For
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable and responsible
- Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
- Spanish and/or English speaking
- Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage
- Leadership experience is beneficial for supervisory roles
Location
Centro Comercial Carrefour, Torremolinos
Excellent access by train, with El Pinillo station only a short walk away. Free parking is available within the shopping centre, and the location offers easy access from the motorway.
Working Hours
Low Season
Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 21:00
Saturday: 10:00 – 20:00 / 21:00
Sunday: Closed
High Season
Daily opening hours approximately 10:00 – 20:00
Shift schedules and contracted hours will be discussed during the interview process.
