Are you a natural leader with a passion for finance and at least 2 years of experience in the Forex industry? We're looking for a Team Leader to guide and inspire our team of French-speaking Account Managers at our international call center in Las Lagunas de Mijas.

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account Managers.
Monitor performance and ensure targets are met.
Provide ongoing training and support on sales techniques and product knowledge.
Collaborate with management to improve processes and team efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and oversee team interactions.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in French (C1+) – English is a strong plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Forex or financial markets.
Previous experience leading retention or a sales team.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Results-driven, positive, and proactive mindset.
