An important multinational group in the chemical sector, based in Vallés Oriental, needs to incorporate a Labour Relations Lawyer & Global HR Projects Manager. Reporting to the HR Group Director, his/her mission will be to ensure the correct management of labour relations by acting as an internal reference in terms of policies, processes and regulatory compliance, as well as leading strategic HR projects at a global level. Responsibilities: To maintain a direct relationship with the Works Council and trade union representatives for the management of Labour Relations. Negotiation of agreements and social dialogue processes. Be responsible for the management of dismissals, retirements, attendance at CMACs and lawsuits in front of the Social Jurisdiction. Ensure Salary Records and Audits. Labor legal advice to internal clients. Ensure compliance with current labour legislation. Likewise, lead and manage strategic Human Resources projects at a global level (e.g. B Corp, new sites,...). Internal and external labour audits (local, multisite, etc.). Global Employee Surveys (Satisfaction, JEDI...). Control of Absenteeism / Turnover / Zero accidents / Work environment. Research related to the Code of Ethics... Requirements: Professional with strategic thinking and global vision of the business. Ability to negotiate and influence with diverse interlocutors. Skills for conflict resolution. Relationship and communication skills at all levels and to manage complex projects. Results-oriented and analytical skills. Adaptability and flexibility in the face of changing environments. High level of confidentiality and professional judgment. A Bachelor's Degree in Law is essential. Additional specialization training in Labor Law or Labor Relations is a plus. Solid knowledge of labour law, collective bargaining and dispute management. English proficient is mandatory (oral and written). Ideally, consolidated professional experience in the field of labour relations, acquired in a specialized firm and, subsequently, in a multinational company in the industrial sector. Sensitivity and interest in developing a professional career in Human Resources area. Experience in a B Corp company and in HR project management will be an asset. Availability to travel occasionally.
