Quality Engineer – Parla, Spain Hexcel is the industry leader in the manufacturing of advanced composite materials. We are inviting a Quality Engineer to join our team in Parla, Spain. Responsibilities • Work on continuous improvement projects such as FOD, vision systems, scrap, and Nadcap in coordination with Process Engineers., • Collaborate with satellite plants on standardization plans and work closely with Production to implement a "right first time" culture, error‑proofing initiatives, and to improve understanding of customer requirements., • Problem‑solve by determining the root cause of main issues (customer rejections, complaints, internal nonconformities, scrap, etc.) and implement robust corrective actions that are verified for effectiveness to prevent recurrence., • Implement preventive actions and standardize lessons learned and good practices across the lines., • Manage customer claims by leading working teams, providing answers to customers, and supporting operators and new hires with quality training.Qualifications, • Knowledge of quality management systems – ISO 9001:2000, EN9100, and NADCAP., • Statistical or Six Sigma knowledge and advanced level in data software., • High skill level in written and spoken English (B2 level). xcskxlj, • Environmental awareness and training in PVD, ergonomics, emergency response, job risks, and PPE use., • Eligibility to work in Spain. #J-18808-Ljbffr
