Ven a ser parte de nuestro equipo de trabajo, en la posición de Técnico/a de Mantenimiento para Sercotel Hotel Group como técnico itinerante para nuestros hoteles de la zona de Madrid. Tus principales retos serán: • Responsabilizarte directamente de la explotación y del mantenimiento de todas las instalaciones del hotel., • Realización directa de tareas de mantenimiento, asegurándose de realizar las operaciones reglamentarias definidas en los reglamentos de las instalaciones o en las instrucciones técnicas que las desarrollan, y que los valores correspondientes de los diferentes parámetros se mantengan dentro de los límites exigidos a éstos., • Controlar y supervisar las visitas y el trabajo realizado por las empresas externas contratadas, que presten servicios de mantenimiento de las instalaciones determinadas., • Cumplimento del plan de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo. Uso de herramientas de gestión y control GMAO y BMS., • Cumplimentar la documentación de planes de trabajo., • Responsabilizarse de la guarda y custodia de los manuales de instrucciones de las máquinas., • Responsabilizarte de mantener un stock de material establecido para el servicio de mantenimiento., • Responsabilizarte del cuidado y la limpieza de las salas de máquinas, instalaciones, cuadros eléctricos, taller, etc., • Propuesta de compra y actualización del nuevo material al responsable directo. Requisitos ¿Qué necesitas para aplicar? • Experiencia de 2-3 años como Técnico/a de Mantenimiento en hoteles., • Haber cursado estudios equivalentes a Formación Profesional., • Tener conocimientos técnicos en: electricidad, climatización, refrigeración, fontanería, albañilería, carpintería, protección contra incendios, cerrajería y pintura., • Valorable tener conocimientos en el uso de herramientas GMAO., • Se valorará de manera positiva certificado en Legionella., • Ser una persona proactiva, dinámica, con ganas de aprender y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
