We’re looking for a Full Stack Account Executive working towards the DACH region to fuel mid-market growth and bring new customers on board. This is a high-impact role with full ownership of the sales cycle — from the first outbound message to the final signature — in a fast-moving, ambitious, and dynamic environment. About the company Our client is a leading European SaaS company delivering an AI-powered spend management and procurement platform. Their technology transforms the way businesses handle corporate spending by seamlessly combining: • Procurement, • Expense management, • Invoice processing What will you do? As a Full Stack Account Executive, you’ll play a central role in driving revenue growth across the DACH market. You will: • Generate and qualify leads, identifying key decision-makers within target organizations, • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to consistently hit acquisition targets, • Create personalized outreach strategies across email, phone, social platforms, and meetings, • Lead discovery calls to uncover business needs and align the solution accordingly, • Deliver tailored demos and presentations that highlight clear value and ROI, • Handle objections with confidence to keep deals moving forward, • Run commercial negotiations, secure stakeholder buy-in, and close new business, • Collaborate with Marketing, Onboarding, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey, • Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date to support reporting and transparency, • Stay sharp on market trends and competitor activity to continuously refine acquisition strategy Requirements You’ll thrive in this role if you bring: • Fluency in German (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills, • At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in SMB or mid-market environments, • Proven success in prospecting and closing in competitive markets, with typical sales cycles of 1–4 months, • Strong commercial instincts, high autonomy, and a track record of exceeding targets, • Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple deals at different stages, • Strong storytelling and presentation skills with a consultative, customer-first approach, • A high level of resilience, adaptability, and willingness to go the extra mile, • Confidence using MEDDPICC and Challenger methodologies What you’re offered In return, you’ll join a company that rewards performance and supports wellbeing and growth, including: • Competitive uncapped commission plan, • Four remote workdays per month + three fully remote working weeks annually, • Relocation support package, • Mental health support, • Social impact engagement, • Latest Apple hardware and a fully stocked office kitchen, • Inclusive, international culture with 35+ nationalities, • A work environment built on autonomy, ownership, and professional development Ready to own your sales journey?
