We are seeking a proactive and experienced Contract Manager to join our team, with a strong focus on leading negotiations and working closely with the Procurement Department. In this role, you will take ownership of drafting, negotiating, and managing a variety of contracts within the renewable energy project construction sector (EPC, TSA, O&M). The ideal candidate will combine deep contractual expertise with the ability to build strategic relationships, navigate complex agreements, and ensure alignment between commercial objectives and procurement strategies. Responsibilities: • Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and contractors, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with project and business objectives., • Draft, review, and finalize various service and procurement contracts for renewable energy construction projects., • Work in close coordination with the Procurement Department to align sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and contract execution., • Analyze and interpret contract clauses, identifying risks and proposing mitigation measures., • Act as the primary liaison between the company and suppliers, fostering strong, long-term relationships., • Resolve contractual disputes and manage claims, protecting the company’s interests., • Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters and procurement-related decisions., • Maintain accurate contract records and ensure proper documentation throughout the lifecycle., • Monitor contract compliance, maximizing value and minimizing risks., • Oversee timely review, approval, and reconciliation of contract variations., • Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational and strategic alignment., • Contribute to defining group-level insurance coverage strategies (third-party liability, mechanical damage, loss of profit policies). Requirements: • Education: BSc in Engineering. MSc in Renewable Energy is highly valued., • Experience: Minimum 3 years in contract management within the renewable energy sector, with demonstrable experience leading negotiations and working with procurement teams., • Knowledge: Strong ability to draft, negotiate, and manage contracts effectively. Solid understanding of legal and contractual terminology. Experience with insurance coverage and compliance processes is a plus., • Languages: Native Spanish and proficiency in English. Knowledge of other languages (French, German, Portuguese) is an asset.
