We believe in the talent and strength of our team; therefore, with the goal of continuing to grow together, we are looking for a Electrical Superintendent based in our Madrid offices, with availability to relocate to the United States for a project to be carried out in Kentucky. Overview of the Position Mision: Assist in the planning, design, organization and supervision of the construction of the electrical part. Main functions: • Support the Construction Manager during the negotiation and closing of electrical assembly subcontracts. Validate the technical and media training of the different subcontractors submitting bids., • Define sequence and work areas., • Define the distribution of supervisors and the contracts to be controlled by each one of them., • Review progress reports and incidents reported by supervisors., • Deal with the subcontractors responsible for the possible incidents that may occur., • Supervise the invoicing of the different subcontractors and give approval prior to approval by the Const. Manager., • To control the arrival of the electrical material to the site, and to send/supervise possible incidences with the purchasing/logistic department., • Control that the progress of the works is in accordance with the contract schedule and reinforce the necessary works in case of delays Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar. Higher Degree. English B2/C1. Experience: • Three years of experience in the construction of photovoltaic plants performing the functions described. Other requirements: Knowledge of Excel (advanced), Word, Autocad and MS Project (user level). Regular interlocutors: • Site Manager., • Supervisors., • Subcontractors.
