Are you a UK-qualified solicitor living in the Costa del Sol?

We’re a fast-growing legal services company helping UK residents exit and claim compensation where possible on unfair holiday park and holiday ownership agreements — including static caravans, holiday lodges and timeshares. We specialise in helping consumers reclaim control, challenge mis-selling, and fight back against hidden fees and exploitative terms.

We’re now seeking a legally qualified professional to join our team in Mijas Costa. The ideal candidate will be experienced in UK law, and confident in communicating with UK clients via Zoom and phone.

The Role

• Advise on UK consumer and contract law in the holiday ownership sector
• Speak directly with UK-based clients via Zoom and telephone, providing legal guidance and updates
• Review contracts and legal correspondence, identifying unlawful or unfair terms
• Provide advice and guidance for legal letters and internal case notes
• Liaise with our legal team and management
• No Spanish legal work is involved – all matters relate to UK jurisdiction
• Full-time employed role.

Requirements

• UK-qualified solicitor
• Solid knowledge of UK contract and consumer law
• Legally permitted to live and work in Spain
• Based in the Costa del Sol
• Confident speaking with clients via Zoom and phone
• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Empathetic, client-focused, and solution-oriented
