Maintain a regular cadence of communication with your clients — covering platform updates, campaign performance, and growth opportunities Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Management and Technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact through to onboarding and beyond. Share best practices and contribute to a high‑performance sales culture Event Participation: Represent zentra at regional property exhibitions, industry events, and trade shows — as well as internal team sessions and training • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales or sales management, ideally within real estate, proptech, or a related industry, • Based within commuting distance of Fuengirola, • Proven track record of acquiring and managing business clients — estate agencies, developers, or similar, • A solid understanding of the Spanish property market; knowledge of the wider international market is a plus, • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and in presentations — with close attention to detail, • Strong critical thinking and creative problem‑solving abilities, • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment, • Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and industry events, • Motivated, proactive, and positive — we love what we do, but not every day is a walk in the park, • You're a self‑starter who takes ownership without needing to be told — we believe in individual accountability and hire people who embrace that, • You're ready to make your mark in a fast‑growing company and bring the energy and experience to help build something genuinely great, • You have an entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, energised by building, and not fazed by the pace of a scaling business, • You bring your personality to work. We're a team that takes the work seriously but knows how to enjoy the ride, • Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission. Our good faith base salary for this role depends on experience, background, and location. #J-18808-Ljbffr
