You will work closely with the kitchen, restaurant floor, and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination and seamless operations, particularly during busy periods. Your outstanding customer service skills will be your main tool, allowing you to anticipate needs, answer questions, and handle any issues with effective communication and a consistently positive and empathetic attitude.
