Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner
Present menus and explain specials or recommendations
Take accurate food and drink orders
Serve meals and beverages efficiently and with care
Ensure tables are clean and well-maintained
Handle payments and operate the POS system
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
Stay attentive to guests’ needs and respond promptly.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
A positive attitude and team spirit
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and punctuality
Basic understanding of food and beverages (training provided).
