Storemore, part of the Rafter Group, is a rapidly growing self-storage Operating Europe. As we expand, we are looking for a highly capable IT Projects & Support Technician to work hands-on across systems, deliver IT improvements, and ensure the reliability of mission-critical technology. This role blends practical IT support, project involvement, and ownership of key systems. You will work directly with hardware, software, infrastructure, and cloud services to implement solutions and resolve challenging technical issues What You Will Do IT Projects Support the delivery of technical projects such as system rollouts, integrations, migrations, and infrastructure improvements. Gather requirements with stakeholders and help translate them into technical tasks. Work with vendors and internal teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Contribute to documentation of systems, changes, and project steps. Familiar with implementing automation opportunities, including the use of modern AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot & AI Agents. IT Support (Hands-On – 1st to 3rd Line) Resolve support issues across group offices and remote locations. Handle support tickets with strong technical troubleshooting. Support key business systems such as: CRM, ERP . PMS, AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365 Maintain and support networks, VPNs, and end-user hardware. Onboard new users, prepare devices, and train staff. Identify recurring tech problems and suggest improvements. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with the wider technology team to share knowledge and align standards. Recommend improvements based on data, system behaviour, and user feedback. Help introduce better monitoring, automation, and streamlined processes. Maintain clear technical documentation and diagrams. Skills & Experience Essential Fluent english (part of the process will be in English) At least 5 years of strong hands-on IT support experience across 1st to 3rd line. Experience supporting and assisting with IT projects. Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with: AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365 Networking fundamentals (switching, firewalls, Wi-Fi) Business systems (CRM, ERP) Telephony systems Ability to take ownership Proficientin English and Spanish. Desirable AWS or Azure certifications. ITIL, Prince2, or similar certifications. Awareness of cybersecurity frameworks Experience in multi-site or fast-growing environments.
