Our group is seeking a board-certified Endocrinologist to join our dynamic team at Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes mellitus, thyroid diseases, and a variety of metabolic and hormone-related conditions. One California As an Endocrinologist with our team, you’ll have the opportunity to : • Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders., • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams., • Participate in continuous medical education and stay updated with the latest advancements in endocrinology., • Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes., • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and residents., • Patient Care: Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans., • Procedures: Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients., • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach., • Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations., • Team Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings., • Quality Improvement: Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement., • Compliance: Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations., • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training., • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree., • Board certification in endocrinology., • Valid medical license to practice in California., • Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care., • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities., • Competitive annual salary of $308,208.00 with productivity incentives, • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental 100% paid for by the group, robust retirement plans, quality bonus and malpractice coverage., • Signing incentives up to $40,000.00., • Relocation assistance up to $20,000.00., • Eligibility for Public Student Loan Forgiveness, • Work alongside a team that actively prioritizes work-life balance to ensure a fulfilling career and personal life., • Year-Round Outdoor Adventures: Surf world-class waves, hike through redwood forests, or bike scenic coastal trails., • Perfect Climate: Mild weather throughout the year makes every day ideal for exploration., • Rich Culture and Community: Savor locally grown food, explore vibrant art scenes, and connect with a diverse and welcoming community.
