About the job Duties list : Before service : • Prepare station for operation • Set up the restaurant • Arrange the seating's according to the given table's allocation • Check salt and pepper refill if needed • Attend daily briefing (always wear your uniform) • Make sure you always have the necessary prior the start of the service (notepad, pens, bottle opener, lighter and smile) • Be presentable • Make sure your breath is fresh During the service : • Welcome the guests • Maintain high quality service and friendly atmosphere • Take orders • Punch orders properly (EPOS) • Serve tables • Introduce every and each dishes on the table • Help the runners • Assist your superior • Make sure your work performance is always up to Jul's standards • Keep track of breakage/spoilage • Clean when necessary • Report manager when complain has been raised After service : • Break down your section • Make sure all closing duties are completed • Fill in check list • Consult with your superior regarding your feedback on the shift • Make sure that everything is clean and tidy • Polish cutlery & glasses Number of positions: 5 1800 euros + tips Shared or Single Bedrooms Meals, Uniform, Tips, Holidays Department: F&B service F&B Management About you Responsibilities : • Perform opening and closing duties • Fill in opening and closing check list • Perform set up : Break down of the restaurant & Organise and fill stations before service • Ensure that service is up to Jul's standards • Ensure highest standard of service at all time • Greet and possibly welcome the guest • Explain menu to detail, If costumer request • Ask for allergies when taking order • Suggestive upselling • Once order taken, post it to EPOS system • Introduce food when serve to guest • Offer salt and pepper to serve • Clean table, replace plates and silverware whenever needed • Keep friendly atmosphere at all time • If there is any inquiry for booking, liaise with reception or manager • Communicate with runners and manager in charge all time • Guide and help runners • Attend daily briefing Language required: English.
