Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Head Hostess to lead our front-of-house reception team. This role is pivotal in shaping the first and last impression of our guests, ensuring a warm welcome, efficient seating, and a flawless reservation flow in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the hostess team, ensuring consistent service standards and professional presentation, • Oversee reservation systems, optimize table allocation, and manage guest flow throughout service, • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, handling VIP arrivals and special requests with discretion, • Coordinate closely with the restaurant manager, floor staff, and kitchen to ensure smooth operations, • Train, mentor, and schedule hostess staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture, • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain an exceptional dining experience, • Proven experience as a Head Hostess or senior hostess in a high-end or high-volume restaurant, • Strong leadership and organizational skills, • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, • Ability to multitask and remain composed xcskxlj under pressure, • Professional appearance and a genuine passion for hospitality, • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives, • Opportunity to work in one of Ibiza’s most dynamic dining venues, • A collaborative and energetic team environment If you are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.
