At Orbital Paradigm, we develop autonomous reentry capsules for routine, fast-return transport from orbit, supporting in-space manufacturing, science, and logistics. We are looking for a Founder’s Associate Intern, to work directly with the co-founders on strategic and operational priorities across all areas of the company. This is a broad, hands-on role that provides exposure to fundraising, business development, operations, and project management. What you will do • Support the CEO in day-to-day priorities and cross-team coordination., • Conduct research to inform strategy, fundraising, and partnerships., • Prepare presentations, reports, and investor materials., • Track and follow up on key projects, deadlines, and deliverables., • Contribute to process improvements and internal organization., • Support the organization of the company’s funding round, including investor outreach, documentation, and data room preparation. What we are looking for • Strong analytical and organizational skills., • Proactive, adaptable, and able to switch quickly between topics., • Interest in startups, business strategy, and technology (space sector is a plus)., • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish., • Basic knowledge and understanding of venture capital What you will learn • Direct exposure to the challenges of building and scaling a startup., • Hands-on experience across strategy, operations, and business development., • Mentorship and close collaboration with the founders., • First-hand learning about venture capital, fundraising processes, and investor relations. We are looking for an ''Photography Retoucher'' to join our e-commerce team in A Coruña. The role is offered on a local full-time, permanent contract and on-site location. The role will report directly to our established in-house photographer and retoucher. Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain Miista’s uniquely high level of quality in imagery - Remove imperfections and create consistency in product and model imagery, including colour correction, advanced cloning and healing, comping, masking, cutting out, adding/removing shadows, applying new backgrounds - Ensure colour consistency across all images, matching digital imagery to physical samples and adjusting imagery from different cameras and sets - Minimize repetition of corrections. - Accurately interpret comments and feedback on image correction - Process, name, file and archive images consistently and in an approved manner that allows for easy searching - Crop and resize images to the required specifications for print and digital use - Perform quality checks on all imagery before they go live - Occasional still-life eCommerce photography - Retouching creative images. - Assist with in-house Creative Production (Casting, Location scouting) - Stay up to date with industry trends and new technology - Support of the Photography and Video team projects as needed Skills and Experience Required: • 2+ years experience working in a similar role ideally in luxury fashion/photography studio - Advanced proficiency in Mac OS, pen tablets and image software - including Capture One, Photoshop CS, After Effects, Premiere - Photography or videography-related degrees are a bonus - Strong competency in image resizing - Desire to experiment and ability to propose new approaches to retouching - Video editing and grading skills are a bonus - Ability to work to tight deadlines and put in extra hours when needed - Ability to handle a high volume of work with confidence and professionalism - Capable of troubleshooting technical issues - Positive 'can-do' attitude - Strong eye for detail and creative instincts - Highly motivated and organized - Team player Our Position: The Opposite Thing Designed in London — Made in Spain — EU Sourced and Produced Miista upends the exclusionary practices of the fashion industry to show how we’re actually living now.
