The position is based in Barcelona and offers a hybrid work model. /ppbr/ppbJob description: /b /ppReporting to the Corporate HRBP role, you will give support in optimizing the efficiency of the Human Resources function. You will participate in the digital transformation of Human Resources as well as in the design and implementation of new processes for the HR Function of the Group /ppbr/ppbYour major accountabilities /b: /pulliSupport in analyses/studies on labour matters /liliEnsure accurate employee data entry in the HRIS (SuccessFactors): compensation, personal information, organizational data… /liliParticipate in audits and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency. /liliSupport Compensation Benefits projects (participate in defining objectives, scales, goal achievement calculations, merit increase processes, job category reviews, etc), /liliAssist in preparing HR reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. /liliSupport internal audits and reporting related to labour relations metrics and compliance. /liliSupport Coordination of personnel planning /liliSupport in monthly monitoring and analyse variances in FTE, headcount, and personnel costs versus budget and actuals. /liliPrepare data for financial audits, non financial audits, ESG reports, surveys, etc /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and workflows, aiming to automate and streamline workflows /liliParticipate in coordination of cross-functional HR projects /liliProvide general administrative support to the HR team as needed to support smooth and efficient HR services across the organization. /li /ulpbr/ppbWe would like you to have /b: /pulliCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources-Labour relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field and/or Master degree with the possibility of an internship relation /liliDetail oriented /liliAble to manage different projects at the same time, eager to learn and contribute. /liliEnergetic and collaborative. /liliEagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
