Salary / rate €80,000 – €100,000 per annum, depending on experience 4. About the role We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead front-end planning and pre-construction readiness for large-scale hyperscale infrastructure projects across EMEA. This is a strategic role sitting between site acquisition, technical due diligence, master planning, utility readiness and construction mobilisation. You will be responsible for making sure complex development sites are technically viable, properly approved, commercially understood and ready to move into implementation. The role will suit a senior project professional with strong experience in large-scale industrial planning, data centre development, utility infrastructure, pre-construction, master planning or heavy infrastructure projects. Fluent French and English are essential. 5. Key responsibilities • Lead Front-End Planning Management Services across multiple large-scale infrastructure development projects., • Own the planning bridge between site acquisition, due diligence, design development and construction readiness., • Secure and coordinate planning approvals, site readiness activities and pre-construction deliverables., • Oversee geo-assessments, campus planning refreshes, test fits and site capacity reviews., • Lead technical design coordination to maximise site density, utility capacity and buildability., • Review due diligence outputs and validate whether proposed test fits are achievable., • Manage design teams, consultants and internal stakeholders through iterative site master planning., • Oversee utility infrastructure triggers, capacity assessments and trigger tables., • Support standardised documentation and templates for Pad Utilities & Foundations contractor selection., • Identify programme, cost, approval, utility and buildability risks early and drive mitigation plans., • Lead weekly stakeholder meetings and maintain progress reporting across internal points of contact., • Define workstream strategy, ownership, end-state objectives and delivery responsibilities. 6. Requirements • Based in Spain or Italy., • Full professional fluency in French and English., • Strong senior project management experience across large-scale infrastructure, industrial development, data centres, utilities, real estate development or major capital projects., • Deep understanding of front-end planning, pre-construction, master planning, technical due diligence and site readiness., • Experience managing complex external consultants, design teams, technical stakeholders and internal decision-makers., • Strong ability to manage risk, approvals, reporting, documentation and competing priorities across multiple live projects., • Comfortable operating in a matrixed, international EMEA environment. 7. Desirable / nice-to-have background • Data centre, hyperscale, mission-critical or cloud infrastructure experience., • Experience with utility infrastructure, grid connections, substations, power capacity planning or large-scale campus utilities., • Exposure to owner-side development, client representative roles or development management., • Experience working with design consultants, engineering firms, planning authorities, EPC partners or specialist contractors., • Knowledge of Pad Utilities & Foundations, campus planning, site enablement or early works packages., • Italian or Spanish language skills would be useful but are not listed as mandatory. 8.
