We are looking for talented Customer Service Experts to join our direct customer service team in the beautiful town of Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain. We have opportunities for candidates with the following language profiles: • Hungarian (native) + German B2 + English C1, • German (native) + English C1, • Dutch (native) + German B2 + English C1 As a Customer Service Expert, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your Responsibilities and Impact: • Support new and existing customers across various markets, • Collaborate closely with sales, application engineers, and the engineering department, • Quotation processing: Check and record queries, coordinate customer-specific tooling solutions with specialist departments and field service, prepare and submit quotations, follow up on open quotations, • Order processing: Manage sales documents with shared service support, coordinate tooling solutions, dispatch order confirmations, invoices, and drawings, manage open orders, • Handle complaint management using CRM systems, • Support sales promotion activities (campaigns, promotions, end-of-quarter initiatives), • Digital document management and filing according to standardized criteria, • Take responsibility for overall customer satisfaction (SLI) Skills, Qualifications, and Interests: • Native or near-native proficiency in Hungarian, German, or Dutch, depending on role, • German B2 and English C1 (required for Hungarian and Dutch roles), • At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service, • Completed commercial or technical education, • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for customer needs, • Structured, ambitious, and optimistic work style, • Excellent cooperation, communication, and negotiation skills, • High resilience and sense of responsibility, • Enthusiasm for continuous learning (SAP, IT, product knowledge), • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus, • Knowledge of SAP, CRM, PLM, and B2B lead generation is advantageous What’s in it for You? • Annual gross salary: €30,000 – €31,000, • Lunch Ticket COBEE, • ADESLAS additional health insurance, • Office located in Sant Cugat del Vallès (25 minutes by train from Plaza Catalunya), • Hybrid work model If you are proactive, empathetic, and communicative with a commitment to excellence, we would love to hear from you.
