Your Mission As part of the Third-Party Energy Services team, the Key Account Manager will manage client relationships and drive commercial opportunities across Exus’ traditional energy services and industrial solutions offering. She/He will be responsible for both account management and origination, ensuring strong client satisfaction and supporting business growth across all Exus geographies Key Responsibilities Third Party Energy Services (TPES – Traditional Services) • Act as primary contact and relationship manager for assigned clients in asset management, construction, and project development., • Originate new opportunities with utilities, investors, and developers across Exus Geographies., • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities across Exus’ services portfolio., • Support contract renewals, negotiations, and service expansions., • Collaborate with Operations, Technical, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery across geographies. Cross-cutting responsibilities • Prepare account reports, performance reviews, and pipeline updates for management., • Represent Exus at client meetings, conferences, and industry forums., • Provide insights and feedback on market trends to refine service mix and commercial strategy., • Collaborate closely with colleagues across geographies to ensure consistent and client-focused delivery. What You Bring • University degree in Business, Economics, Construction, Project Management, or Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Energy, or similar)., • Master’s degree in Energy, Strategy, or Finance is a plus., • Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, market intelligence, or business development, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sectors., • Demonstrated track record in managing strategic clients or accounts in a B2B environment, • Experience with contract negotiation and commercial project management is highly desirable. Languages: • Fluent English (C1 level)., • Spanish at a professional level is essential., • Other languages will be considered an asset. Why Join Exus?
