About the Role We’re hiring a Payroll Manager (Contractor) in Spain to oversee accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for Givver’s customers. You’ll be the local expert, ensuring that all payroll operations adhere to national tax, social security, and employment regulations, while helping us deliver a modern, frictionless experience for employers and employees. You’ll manage payrolls that include both local and expatriate employees, working directly with clients and collaborating with Givver’s internal teams to streamline processes, improve automation, and ensure quality. This role starts at around 15–20 hours per month, with the potential for expansion as our client base grows. What You'll Do Run end-to-end payrolls for Givver’s clients in Spain, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Process and validate payroll data including new starters, leavers, bonuses, deductions, and benefits. Handle payrolls for both local and expatriate employees, coordinating cross-border taxation and social security when relevant. Prepare and submit statutory filings and reports to local authorities (e.g. tax offices, social insurance bodies). Reconcile payroll accounts and maintain complete, audit-ready documentation. Collaborate with accountants, benefit providers, and government agencies to resolve queries. Support the onboarding of new customers by advising on local setup and compliance requirements. Partner with Givver’s product and operations teams to identify areas for automation and improvement. ‍ What You Bring 7+ years of payroll experience in Spain, ideally covering multiple clients or entities. Strong understanding of local payroll legislation, tax systems, and social security regulations. Experience managing expatriate or cross-border payroll cases. Proficiency with local payroll software (e.g. A3Nom, Sage, or Meta4) and electronic submission systems. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish. A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work independently in a remote setup. Overview Our client is undertaking a significant digital transformation programme to implement Oracle Cloud ERP, replacing legacy Finance, HR, Payroll, and Procurement systems. This strategic initiative will modernise business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance service delivery across the organisation. To support this programme, we are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle Cloud ERP Business Analyst / Project Manager to provide business and delivery leadership across key Oracle Cloud workstreams. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business and technology — driving requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices, and leading the delivery of successful outcomes. Role Purpose The Lead Oracle Cloud ERP Business Analyst / Project Manager will combine strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP with proven project management expertise. This role will lead business process analysis, manage stakeholders, oversee delivery plans, and ensure that system design and configuration align with the organisation’s goals, governance, and operational requirements.
