We connect textile machinery manufacturers with textile production companies, as well as the main stakeholders of the textile industry, in order to showcase the most sustainably innovative textile machinery available today. We have launched in several markets, including Turkey, Bangladesh, India, China and parts of Europe and we have ambitious growth plans. Our company is founded by international entrepreneurs, all of whom have significant experience and expertise in manufacturing, gained at senior and Board level. We have global investment partnerships set up with in-country banks, and our revenue is generated through textile machinery manufacturers, on both a subscription basis and single transactions. Our aim is to make the latest and most sustainable manufacturing technology accessible globally to all sizes of textile manufacturers. Our platform is rapidly gaining traction with both textile and machinery manufacturers. About The Role We are seeking a diligent and experienced Senior Controller & Back Office professional to manage the financial health and operational support functions of Ivy Decarb. This critical role will ensure accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and efficient back-office operations across our global markets. You will be responsible for overseeing the accounting cycle, tax compliance, payroll processes, and administrative tasks, contributing directly to the scalability and stability of our rapidly growing business. You’ll have at least 4+ years of progressive experience in financial control, accounting and back-office management, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role, preferably within a technology, SaaS, or international B2B marketplace company. Ideally, you will also have experience within a top-tier Audit firm. Key Responsibilities • Financial Control & Reporting: Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards., • Compliance & Tax: Manage local and international tax reporting, VAT compliance, and ensure adherence to all financial regulations in our operating markets., • Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets and ensure process efficiency., • Back Office Operations: Manage essential back-office functions, including oversight of payroll, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and administrative support for global operations., • Treasury & Cash Flow: Assist in the management of cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions to optimize working capital., • Process Improvement: Continuously seek to automate and improve financial and back-office processes to support aggressive growth targets and scalability., • Audit Management: Coordinate and manage external audits and internal reviews. About You • 4+ years of progressive experience in financial control, accounting, or back-office management, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role, preferably within a technology, SaaS, or international B2B marketplace company., • Proven expertise in international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or GAAP) and multi-jurisdictional tax compliance., • Demonstrable experience in setting up and optimizing scalable financial and operational processes in a fast-growing, multi-country environment., • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and a high level of rigor in data management and reporting., • Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills., • Fluent, high-level English is essential; comfortable operating in global contexts., • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, startup environment.
