The foundation of our success is our people, and nurturing a culture of belonging for all our colleagues is central to our journey as a global business. /p h3Role Purpose /h3 pMoneycorp is seeking a highly educated and well‑connected Business Development/Relationship Account Manager with a strong presence in the Real Estate community or Banking Sector or Lawyers sector. We have positions available in Valencia and Murcia. The ideal candidate will also possess a deep understanding of, or established relationships with, Wealth Management firms, Accountants, Law firms and Property Developers. This expertise will be instrumental in broadening Moneycorp’s referral business model and driving significant growth. /p h3Role Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop the acquisition of Moneycorp's Private Clients in Valencia or Murcia and drive its growth and expansion while continuing to increase revenue and client value. /li liPromote the business by collaborating with wealth management companies, accounting firms, law firms and real estate developers. /li liExpand the company’s presence in the region. /li liPropose and organise events to foster business growth. /li liContinue strengthening relationships with existing partners, especially in the real estate and legal sectors. /li liEnsure the business operates with a consistent set of key performance indicators (KPIs) and that partner agreements are profitable. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 h3Essential Knowledge, Skills Experience /h3 ul liAt least 2 years of experience in sales/commercial management within the financial services (banking services) or real estate sector. /li liKnowledge of the referral‑based business model within the financial or real estate services sector in the region. /li liExtensive network of contacts with real estate companies, developers, lawyers, accountants and wealth management funds to enhance referral‑based business in Spain. /li liExperience working in a results‑oriented sales environment. /li liGood knowledge of the local market and business community in the assigned region. /li liAbility to maximise local relationships. /li liStrong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. /li liAbility to manage time effectively and work independently while collaborating with wider teams. /li liStrong work ethic. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liPreviously worked in a bilingual professional environment using both Spanish and English.
