The Role: We are looking for a motivated and analytical FP&A Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience who enjoys working with financial data, business insights, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. We are currently in the phase of building advanced financial reporting and analytics capabilities, so this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a direct impact on developing reporting structures, dashboards, and financial insights across the business. The role is based in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. Infinni Innovations is proud to be part of the Canary Islands Special Economic Zone (ZEC Canarias), a hub for technology and innovation. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare financial reports, analyses, and management presentations, • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, • Analyze business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities, • Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reviews, • Work closely with different departments to support strategic decision-making, • Improve reporting processes and contribute to automation initiatives, • Ad-hoc finance requests Qualifications: • 1–3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, audit, transaction services, consulting, or a related finance role, • Previous experience in a Big 4 company or a similar environment is preferred, • Advanced Excel skills xcskxlj and strong financial modeling abilities, • Knowledge of Power BI will be highly beneficial, • Experience with NetSuite is considered a plus, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Good communication skills and attention to detail, • Professional working proficiency in English is required, Spanish language skills are a plus What’s in it for you: • Competitive Salary and Bonus based on your experience and skillset, • Career Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company, • Company Perks such as Private Health Insurance, • Intense, but Flexible & Inclusive Culture where innovation and collaboration thrive, • Be part of a company shaping the future of the Creator Economy
