Innovamat is an educational organization specialized in mathematics teaching. Founded in Barcelona in 2017, Innovamat provides schools with a comprehensive, evidence-based mathematics program spanning from Early Childhood Education through Secondary School, developed together with leading experts in mathematics didactics, cognition, and neuroscience. The program integrates curriculum, teacher training, assessment, and intervention into a single coherent system. Present in 9 countries and serving more than 720,000 students, Innovamat is one of the few organizations in the sector with efficacy data independently validated by external research institutions. It is also the first non-U.S. organization to successfully complete the California State Board of Education's adoption process for a core mathematics curriculum. Innovamat is turning 10. We've gotten here with 350 people across 9 countries and a stable financial position. That puts us in a position to bet on and invest in the next phase of our People function and bring it to the highest level of importance in the company. This isn't a vacancy to cover an operational need: it's a strategic decision about how we want Innovamat to grow in its next decade. Today there is a solid, committed People team, distributed across HQ, EU, LATAM, and the United States, but without a global system that unifies levels, compensation architecture, performance evaluation, onboarding, and management training. The person joining as Global Head of People will be the first person responsible for building that system at a global scale, and will do so at the moment of greatest growth in our history. They will report directly to the CEO, building the organization's people direction, and will collaborate directly with the rest of the leadership team. They will also be responsible for our current globally-scoped People team, made up of both the Headquarters team and the teams across the different geographies where we operate. We are not looking for someone who wants to focus on administrative processes, nor someone who prefers to design and delegate. We are looking for someone who knows how to move between strategy and execution : someone who understands the day-to-day of the business in depth and wants to make People a strategic function and key ally to the business. Our philosophy is clear: we believe in empowering managers as the ultimate owners of their teams' people. We want to find the balance between process and bureaucracy and move at high speed. This person will play a key role in establishing the frameworks and structure needed so that speed doesn't compromise quality, so we continue to care for our talent and culture, and so we maintain our bar of excellence as we grow the team. At this pivotal moment for Innovamat, we're looking for someone who will take on this challenge as their own and be able to mobilize and make an impact across the entire organization. • Design the first levels and compensation bands architecture for all 9 countries., • Define which metrics we monitor and with which tools, consistently., • Define the framework for the benefits architecture by country, setting common principles at a global level, with the flexibility needed to adapt to each market., • Redesign the performance evaluation system, with two annual cycles and real calibration across departments and geographies., • Implement an executive people analytics dashboard for the CEO and the Leadership Team with key metrics., • Maintain the balance between organizational growth and as flat a structure as possible, establishing the minimum bureaucracy needed at each stage., • Track spans, layers, and revenue per employee as core metrics., • Identify management needs before they become a problem., • Lead the global team of People BPs (HQ, Spain, Italy, LATAM, US)., • Build the management training program., • Implement a systematic, measured onboarding process across all countries., • Define a system to identify top performers and cases of underperformance., • Develop the employer brand and our own talent pipeline at a global level., • Lead the global Talent team (HQ, Spain, Italy, LATAM, US)., • Own the hiring standard, consistently evaluating each candidate's purpose, learning ability, and reliability, with a unified criteria across countries., • Define and track hiring metrics, • Prioritize closing critical positions in product, artificial intelligence, and the United States market., • Define the company's people rhythm: what cycles exist, when, and who runs them, at a global level., • Maintain a small number of processes, with a high/flawless execution standard across all geographies., • Ensure consistency and internal communication across our three markets (HQ, Spain, Italy, LATAM, and the United States) with three different languages in use., • Define and roll out the method for communicating complex organizational decisions., • Phase 1: Contribute, together with the CEO, to designing the Leadership Team's performance evaluation framework, as a specific application of the company's general evaluation system., • Phase 2: Develop the Leadership Team's evaluation cycles, in collaboration with the CEO, with increasing autonomy as the cycles mature., • Phase 3: Act as People Business Partner to the Leadership Team, responsible for providing data-driven assessments on the performance and continuity of its members., • 5 to 10 years of work experience building or leading people systems, teams, or processes from scratch., • 4+ years of experience leading people or project teams with real business accountability (P&L, budget, or quota). A background in HR is strongly preferred, but not required., • Experience operating in multi-country environments, with teams and stakeholders across different geographies and time zones., • The following will be positively valued:, • Experience in top-tier strategy consulting, followed by an operational stage., • Prior experience in international organizations or in expanding markets, particularly the United States., • Experience in compensation, leveling, or performance evaluation systems, ideally across several countries., • Analytical rigor and a data-driven approach to decision-making., • Ability to dive into detail, hold a high execution standard, and connect teams to the company's vision., • Ability to operate under pressure, at a fast pace of growth, and in an environment of ambiguity and quick decision-making., • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization., • Interest and passion for developing high-performing teams, leadership, and corporate culture to achieve ambitious goals., • An interest in the education sector and genuine motivation and commitment to the project will be positively valued., • Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Catalan is a plus., • We aim high: We set ambitious goals and work to high standards. We’re driven by the conviction that improving education is a game changer —and we’re here to take it on with determination and passion. Here, you’ll be able to grow as much as you want!, • We are owners: From day one, you’ll take real responsibility and have real impact. We make thoughtful decisions, take initiative, and turn ideas into action —you’ll feel trusted to lead projects, make decisions, and watch your ideas come to life., • We move fast: We work in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment where speed and adaptability make the difference. Things move fast —and so do we. You’ll feel the pace, the energy, and the thrill of learning and acting quickly to make things happen., • We are eager to learn: Our team is made up of curious, motivated people who challenge themselves —and each other—to grow. We value those who approach every challenge as a learning opportunity and bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset, because here, every day is a chance to learn something new and share it with others., • We are humble: We’re guided by feedback and collaboration. We listen actively, learn from one another, and value ideas for their impact —not for who they come from. You’ll find teammates who boost you up, challenge you kindly, and celebrate wins as a team., • We enjoy the ride: Our impact depends on the people who make it possible. We’re an international, passionate team that thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where intensity and purpose go hand in hand. We believe that a strong culture of trust, flexibility, and care is what makes our impact sustainable. We take care of our people so they can take care of our mission —offering flexible working hours, time off during the Christmas break, and flexible compensation options. And of course, we make space to reconnect and recharge through team-building days that bring us closer and remind us why we do what we do. #J-18808-Ljbffr

It is also the first non U.S. organization to successfully complete the California State Board of Education's adoption process for a core mathematics curriculum. We are building a Marketing OS: a system where AI agents handle lead qualification, campaign execution, and attribution end to end, with marketers directing strategy instead of running manual workflows. This role owns that build from the ground up. This role supports every discipline across the marketing team, not a single function: growth marketing (lead qualification and funnel systems behind an aggressive pipeline target), paid acquisition (campaign and creative performance tracking across channels), email and lifecycle marketing (segmentation and automated journeys across mailing, onboarding, and in-product touchpoints), and event operations (systems for a large, recurring US event calendar). Wherever a discipline runs on manual work today, this role designs the system that replaces it. This is a builder's role. You design and ship the agents and automations yourself, with full ownership from idea to production. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing US , with direct visibility into priorities and budget, and full ownership over technical decisions. Design and deploy the agent-based system that qualifies leads, syncs data across Salesforce and marketing platforms, and triggers campaign actions automatically. Build the attribution infrastructure required to close the current gap in inbound pipeline visibility. Own the technical architecture connecting CRM, marketing automation, event platforms, and internal data systems into a single operating layer. Build the infrastructure to launch coordinated, multi-market, multi-language campaigns from a single input, and to power in-product communications alongside email and other channels. Build lead qualification and funnel systems for growth marketing, tracking each opportunity from first touch to close with minimal manual handling. Build campaign and creative performance tracking for paid acquisition across channels. Build the operating systems behind a large, recurring US event calendar: registration, follow-up, and reporting without manual tracking per event. Define and apply evaluation frameworks to measure agent accuracy and reliability before deployment. Monitor system performance in production and iterate based on measured outcomes, not assumptions. Evaluate campaign performance across markets against targets and prior periods, reading beyond the numbers to account for qualitative and external factors behind the results. Translate that analysis into campaign strategy and resource allocation recommendations by country, and track performance live to flag deviations before they compound. Own the growth, quality, and hygiene of the contact and account database: deduplication, enrichment, and consistent tagging across markets. Design and maintain email marketing segmentation and dynamic journeys across audiences, from raw list logic to automated, personalized flows. Build internal tools when no existing product solves a workflow well enough. Identify manual, repetitive processes across the marketing team and convert them into automated systems. Build and maintain the AI tools the rest of the marketing team uses day to day, raising the team's overall fluency with AI in the process. Experience A technical degree (engineering, computer science, or equivalent), with a strong academic track record. Hands-on software development experience: you have shipped working systems, not only completed coursework or side projects. Experience building with APIs, automation platforms, and AI agent frameworks. Prior exposure to a high-growth, high-performance environment (a startup, a demanding technical team, or equivalent) is strongly preferred. Skills Systems thinking: the ability to map a process end to end and redesign it, rather than automate it piece by piece. Structured, rigorous logic, paired with genuine interest in the business context behind the systems you build. High agency: the ability to identify a problem, decide the right solution, and ship it with minimal oversight. English fluency required. As part of the selection process, candidates will complete a technical exercise assessing system design and problem-solving under realistic constraints. Our culture and values defines who we are and how we work. We believe that how we do things matters just as much as what we do. We know this isn't the right place for everyone -and that’s okay. Here's what you can expect when joining our team: We aim high: We set ambitious goals and work to high standards, driven by the conviction that improving education is a game changer. We are owners: From day one, you will take real responsibility and have real impact, with the authority to decide which systems to build. We move fast: We work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment where speed and adaptability make the difference. We are eager to learn: Our team is made up of curious, motivated people who challenge themselves and each other to grow. We are humble: We listen actively, learn from one another, and value ideas for their impact, not for who they come from. We enjoy the ride: We take care of our people so they can take care of our mission, with flexible working hours, time off during the Christmas break, and flexible compensation options. #J-18808-Ljbffr

Mexico City Full-time Relocation required Reports to the Global Head of Operations (Barcelona) This role is based in Mexico City and requires relocation. The hub is there, the team is there, and proximity is the whole point of the position. We'll support your move. You’ll travel regularly to Barcelona to stay close to the global teams, and across the region — LatAm and the US — as the work requires. It is also the first non-U.S. organization to successfully complete the California State Board of Education’s adoption process for a core mathematics curriculum. Innovamat runs operations centrally. Supply chain, internal systems, revenue analytics and support engineering all live at headquarters in Barcelona, and they serve all nine countries. That's a deliberate choice: it's how we stay efficient and how a good practice invented in one market reaches the other eight. But some things cannot be run from nine time zones away. Over the last few years we've placed people in Mexico as needs appeared — first a support specialist, then logistics, then post-sale operations, then legal. What started as a handful of individual hires is now a real operations hub serving all of LatAm and the United States. It has grown into a team that needs a single leader on the ground. This role is that leader. Based in Mexico City and reporting directly to our Global Head of Operations in Barcelona, you will own operations across the Americas: lead the local team, act as the operational counterpart for the region’s business leadership, and make sure the way we run things globally actually works in the markets furthest from headquarters. • Customer Support — our in-house squad resolving technical and logistics incidents across the region, • Logistics — controlling last-mile delivery across every country in the region, • Operations Engineering — the systems and processes behind everything that happens after a school says yes: orders, invoicing, deliveries, licences and access, • Legal - managing contracts and local compliance across every country across LatAm and the US, • Finance Operations - running invoicing, payments and collections for the region, in the right time zone and aligned with local tax requirements Each of them is functionally connected to a global discipline led from headquarters, and each works daily with country managers and regional leadership. You’ll be the person who makes the whole thing work as one. Think of our operations as a matrix. The horizontal lines are global disciplines — production and purchasing, logistics, planning, operations engineering, revenue analytics, support — each led from Barcelona and each serving every market. The vertical lines are regions: Europe, Spanish LatAm, Brazil, the United States. You own the American verticals. Your job is to make sure that the wheel those global disciplines turn actually turns well when you look at it from these regions. You don't need to build every solution yourself, but you need to see it and turn it into a clear request for the teams who can. Concretely, that means three things. • Lead the team, in person., • Be the operational reference point for the region., • Challenge us. When you need something from Barcelona, we expect you to come and get it. We design internal processes, tooling and calendars from Barcelona with a global hat on. We’re certain that some of those decisions are wrong for Mexico or for the US, and we can't see it from here. You’ll have the local context we lack, and we expect you to use it: to tell us when a process doesn't survive contact with reality on your side, and to push until it changes. The same applies to our external partners. When a supplier or service provider in the region underperforms, you’ll engage directly at the appropriate level, identify the root cause and drive the resolution. And where a partner selected from headquarters isn't the right fit for your market, we expect you to make the case for change and see it through. You’re an operator. You understand how internal processes and systems actually work, and you understand the business well enough to know which trade‑off is the right one. What we expect you to bring: • Solid experience running operations in a fast‑growing, high‑standards environment — operations, supply chain, business operations, regional operations, strategy and operations, or a strong consulting background followed by real operating roles, • Experience leading a team, including the uncomfortable parts of it, • Comfort moving between a board‑level conversation and a spreadsheet of delivery exceptions in the same afternoon, • Strong stakeholder management across cultures, seniority levels and time zones — you’ll be the bridge between local teams, regional leadership and headquarters, • A structured, systems‑minded way of thinking: you see patterns, you spec solutions clearly, and you don't solve with brute force what can be solved once, • High ownership and resilience. This role gets thrown at the deep end on purpose, • Fluent Spanish and English — both, daily, • Willingness to travel across the region, including to the US, • Comfort using AI tools to make yourself and your team faster Nice to have: exposure to supply chain or physical distribution, familiarity with CRM and operational tooling (Salesforce and similar), and experience in EdTech or any business serving institutional customers. • We aim high. We set ambitious goals and hold a high bar. You’ll be able to grow as much as you want to., • We are owners. From day one you’ll have real responsibility and real impact., • We move fast. Speed and adaptability are what make the difference here., • We’re eager to learn. We challenge ourselves constantly and treat every problem as something to learn from., • We’re humble. We value collaboration, feedback and ideas that work — not hierarchy., • We enjoy the ride. Culture, flexibility and trust are what make impact sustainable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
