As An Sales Trainer On Our Team, You Will • Coordinate and schedule sales training sessions for new starters and existing sales teams, • Deliver sales training programmes, including onboarding, refresher training, and targeted tools and skill-based sessions, • Conduct regular role plays and call/chat monitoring to assess performance and identify coaching opportunities, • Create coaching plans, improvement suggestions, and targeted training interventions based on observed behaviours, • Develop and update sales training materials in coordination with the Training Lead, • Review sales performance metrics to identify skill gaps, training needs, and opportunities for improvement, • Create joint action plans with Sales Supervisors to develop and improve individual and team sales performance, • Collaborate with the Training Lead to design, manage, and deliver sales gamification initiatives, • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales methodologies, best practices, and the current product range to ensure training remains relevant and effective, • Maintain strong understanding of current project processes, tools, and systems used by the sales teams, • Produce regular reporting on training delivery, attendance, feedback, competencies, and training outcomes, • Report to stakeholders on sales training initiatives, priorities, and performance impact, • Have a proficient or bilingual level of English, • Have strong knowledge of recognised sales methodologies, such as SPIN, BANT, and Challenger, • Have proven experience creating and delivering training or content for Outbound sales and calling campaigns, Account managers and Inbound sales teams, • Have experience working with sales pipelines and CRM systems, Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage, • Have experience analysing sales performance data to inform training decisions, • Full time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Thursday, from 09:00 to 18.00, Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, • Salary package: 23.376 euros gross/year + up to 6.000 euros gross/year in bonus + Medical Insurance + Overachievement bonus up to 11.000 EUR additional per year, • Friendly office location in Barcelona, • Full paid training about the company and the project you will be working on
