Funciones principales • Gestión de facturas (entrada y salida), control de cobros y pagos., • Organización y archivo de documentación administrativa y contractual., • Apoyo en la elaboración y envío de presupuestos y propuestas comerciales., • Redacción y envío de correos comerciales y respuesta a clientes., • Seguimiento de leads y atención al cliente para resolver dudas básicas., • Coordinación de agenda, reuniones, citas y eventos internos., • Contacto con proveedores y clientes para cuestiones logísticas y administrativas., • Soporte puntual en marketing y comunicación (listados, newsletters, redes). Perfil buscado • Experiencia previa en tareas administrativas o secretaría (valorable)., • Buen manejo de Excel y herramientas ofimáticas., • Habilidades de redacción y comunicación escrita., • Perfil organizado, autónomo, proactivo y resolutivo., • Atención al detalle y orientación al cliente., • Nivel medio de inglés (valorable, no imprescindible). We are urgently looking for a housekeeper for a family in the suburbs of Barcelona for 3 full weeks from September 1 Responsibilities: ◦ Maintain the house in order and monitor the quality of cleaning (there are housekeepers) ◦ Buy groceries, cook food and set the table ◦ Receive all parcels on time, carry out family errands on site What we expect from a person: ◦ Have experience working in a family in a similar role/position ◦ Knowledge of English (Spanish is a plus) ‼️ Ability to drive and a license are required In return, we are ready to offer above-market pay (depending on experience from 150 euros per day), accommodation, meals and relocation costs from another city if you do not live in Barcelona.
