En Claire Joster, buscamos un perfil customer service con inglés C1 para una empresa especializada en el alquiler turístico de lujo. Será responsable de brindar una experiencia excepcional a los huéspedes desde su llegada hasta su salida. Su función principal es garantizar que cada visitante reciba un servicio cordial, eficiente y personalizado, resolviendo solicitudes y problemas de manera proactiva, y asegurando que su estancia sea agradable FUNCIONES • Recibir y dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes durante check-in y check-out., • Atender consultas presenciales, telefónicas y por correo/WhatsApp del hotel., • Proporcionar información sobre los servicios del hotel, instalaciones, horarios y actividades., • Gestionar reservas, modificaciones y cancelaciones según políticas vigentes., • Resolver de manera rápida y profesional cualquier queja, incidencia o solicitud especial., • Coordinar con housekeeping, mantenimiento y otros departamentos para garantizar la satisfacción del huésped., • Registrar y actualizar información en el sistema de gestión hotelera (PMS)., • Gestionar cobros, depósitos, facturación y control de caja., • Promover servicios adicionales del hotel (upselling y cross-selling)., • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio y protocolos internos. REQUISITOS • Inglés C1 + Castellano + catalán (no indispensable, pero valorable), • Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, preferiblemente en el sector hotelero o turismo., • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato al público., • Manejo de sistemas hoteleros (Opera, Fidelio, u otros PMS)., • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y resolver problemas., • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos., • Actitud proactiva, cordial y orientada al servicio., • Orientación al cliente OFRECEN • Horario 10h a 18h de lunes a domingo con 2 días de fiesta., • Contrato indefinido, jornada completa., • Incorporación en 2 semanas, • Incorporación a una empresa en crecimiento dentro del sector turístico., • Posibilidad de desarrollo profesional y participación en proyectos estratégicos., • Entorno dinámico, joven y multicultural., • Condiciones salariales competitivas según experiencia. En Claire Joster, buscamos un Responsable customer service con inglés C1 para una empresa especializada en el alquiler turístico de lujo. El responsable del Departamento de Customer Service será el encargado de liderar y optimizar la experiencia del cliente en todas las etapas del viaje: desde la reserva hasta el post-estancia. Su objetivo principal será garantizar un servicio excepcional, resolviendo incidencias con eficiencia, manteniendo altos estándares de satisfacción y asegurando la fidelización de los huéspedes. FUNCIONES • Gestión del equipo de Customer Service:, • Reclutar, formar, motivar y evaluar al equipo de atención al cliente., • Planificar turnos y asegurar cobertura 24/7., • Atención y soporte al cliente:, • Supervisar los canales de comunicación (teléfono, email, chat, WhatsApp, plataformas OTA, etc.)., • Asegurar la resolución ágil y satisfactoria de incidencias, reclamaciones y solicitudes especiales., • Coordinarse con los departamentos de Limpieza, Mantenimiento y Operaciones para garantizar una experiencia sin fricciones., • Control de calidad y mejora continua:, • Diseñar e implementar protocolos de atención estandarizados., • Medir la satisfacción del cliente (NPS, reviews, encuestas internas)., • Analizar feedback de huéspedes y proponer planes de mejora., • Gestión de reputación online:, • Supervisar y responder a reseñas en plataformas como Airbnb, Booking, Google, etc., • Mantener una comunicación empática, profesional y alineada con la marca., • Gestión de herramientas y sistemas:, • Administrar el CRM y las herramientas de gestión de reservas (PMS, channel manager, etc.)., • Coordinar integraciones tecnológicas para optimizar la atención y la eficiencia operativa., • Reporting y KPIs:, • Elaborar informes de desempeño del departamento (tiempos de respuesta, satisfacción, incidencias, etc.)., • Presentar resultados y planes de acción a la dirección. REQUISITOS • Inglés C1 + Castellano + catalán (no indispensable, pero valorable), • Formación superior en Turismo, ADE, Comunicación o similar., • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puestos de atención al cliente o gestión de operaciones dentro del sector hospitality o alquiler vacacional., • Experiencia liderando equipos., • Manejo avanzado de herramientas digitales: PMS, CRM, canales OTA, Excel, etc., • Habilidades de comunicación, empatía y resolución de conflictos., • Orientación a resultados y al detalle.
