Applicants for cook positions must have at least 2yrs experience in a high volume restaurant, excellent knive skills, able to transition between cold and hot stations, be a wonderful team player & have great sense of humour as we all need a laugh at the end of a hard day. It is imperative that you speak English. Having an Asian cooking background is a plus.
