We are currently seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to strengthen our commercial organization, supporting leadership in structuring operating rhythms, improving sales processes and tools, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the business. This role plays a key part in ensuring clarity, discipline, and predictable execution within the commercial function. Success in this position requires strong analytical capabilities, process mindset, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in international and fast‑moving environments. Your key responsibilities will include: Commercial Operating Rhythm Enablement • Support the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of key commercial operating rhythms, including performance reviews, forecasting cycles, pipeline reviews, and commercial planning processes., • Map, standardize, and continuously improve key sales and commercial processes., • Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and supporting tools., • Drive adoption of systems, data standards, and best practices across the commercial organization., • Ensure CRM hygiene and enforce consistent usage guidelines., • Monitor and ensure data quality and integrity across commercial systems., • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on metrics, definitions, and timelines., • Facilitate preparation for key commercial reviews and ensure follow‑up actions are captured, tracked, and executed., • Support onboarding and training related to CRM, reporting tools, and sales processes. Requirements Education & Experience • Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate education is a plus., • 8+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or related roles., • Proven track record of delivering process improvements and operational excellence., • Experience in international business environments, coordinating across countries, regions, or business units., • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills., • Strong ability to build structure, simplify complexity, and drive continuous improvement., • High attention to detail with a disciplined and organized working style., • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership., • Strong proficiency in CRM systems., • Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting tools., • Exposure to the Power, Oil & Gas, and Infrastructure sectors., • Experience in organizations delivering a diverse technical service portfolio, combining engineering and supervision projects with inspection, testing, and site‑based services., • Availability for international travel (up to 50%).
