This is an opportunity to work on highly challenging projects, shape the strategic direction of GenAI initiatives, and contribute to pioneering research in the field. /p h3The Role: /h3 ul liLead an international team of engineers to develop cutting‑edge Generative AI and quantum‑inspired solutions for top‑tier clients. /li liDrive the technical direction of complex projects, ensuring the quality, scalability, and innovation of all technical approaches. /li liOversee project management from inception to delivery — defining scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. /li liMotivate and guide a diverse cross‑functional team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance. /li liEnsure clear communication with stakeholders, senior management, and cross‑functional leaders on progress, milestones, and challenges. /li liContribute to technical strategy and thought leadership, helping shape client solutions and the broader AI technology roadmap. /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline. /li li5+ years of relevant industry experience, including 2+ years in project or people management. /li li3+ years of hands‑on experience with deep learning techniques (e.g., computer vision, LLMs, or similar). /li liProven track record in designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI systems (including RAG and Agentic AI architectures). /li liExpertise in fine‑tuning, aligning, and optimizing LLMs for specialized tasks, as well as experience with model pruning and compression techniques. /li liProficiency in Python, Docker, Git, and modern development workflows (GitHub/GitLab). /li liStrong grasp of Agile methodologies and best practices for software development. /li liExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and high‑performing teams. /li liFull professional fluency in English and Spanish. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liPhD in a relevant technical field with extensive experience in AI/ML or computational sciences. /li liExperience with deep learning model compression and inference optimization engines (e.g., TensorRT, vLLM). /li liHands‑on experience in evaluating Generative AI systems on real‑world data. /li /ul pThis is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognized AI and quantum technology leader, drive innovation in Generative AI, and help shape the future of intelligent systems. /p pbBy applying to this role you understand that we may collect your personal data and store and process it on our systems.
