We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join the Corporate PMC team in our Bilbao, Madrid or Barcelona offices. The Procurement Manager establishes and leads strategic sourcing, contracting, and supplier management within the Global Corporate PMC framework to ensure timely, cost‑effective, and risk‑managed acquisition of goods and services for PMC projects portfolio including resourcing of project-specific professionals in the procurement management domain. Operating in a corporate team, this role ensures commercial discipline, compliance, and supply chain resilience across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover in the context of PMC professional services. You will be a partner with project managers, engineering, construction, quality, HSE, finance, and logistics to align procurement strategies with project requirements and corporate governance. Have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. Have over 7-10 years in procurement/supply chain for capital projects (energy, infrastructure, industrial, pharma, data centers, etc.). Have proven experience in PMC / Owner's Team / PMO environments with multi‑project/regional oversight. Have strong track record in sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance management. Are familiar with engineering deliverables and construction/commissioning interfaces. Have contract drafting and negotiation (scope, price models: lump sum, unit rate, time & materials, reimbursable). Have knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, or local standard forms; ERP/SRM proficiency (SAP/Oracle/Ariba,…), Power BI, and digital procurement analytics. Have understanding of logistics, Incoterms, expediting, and FAT/SAT coordination. Do have an advanced level of English. Procurement Governance & Strategy: develop and maintain the corporate procurement framework, define category strategies, embed commercial and risk standards into contracts, and drive continuous improvement across the procurement function and project portfolio. Resourcing: lead the external sourcing of procurement‑management professionals to ensure timely and efficient staffing for new and ongoing projects. Supplier Management & Performance: conduct supplier qualification and due diligence, establish performance KPIs/SLAs, support issue resolution and claim prevention, and develop supplier‑risk mitigation and dual‑sourcing strategies. Cost, Risk & Compliance: maintain supply‑chain risk registers, ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements, and coordinate insurance needs across projects. Schedule, Logistics & Expediting: align procurement schedules with project critical paths, manage expediting and logistics procedures, coordinate site readiness and material control, and ensure FAT/SAT and documentation completeness. Stakeholder & Interface Management: collaborate with legal on contract drafting and dispute strategies, and coach project teams on commercial capabilities, procurement planning, and supplier relationship management.
