Senior Product Manager Metal Cards We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, payment-savvy and business-oriented owner for EP Metal Card products in G+D premium product segment. Bring in or build swiftly a good command of metal cards in terms of feature and function in order to translate a roadmap into requirements for stakeholders in product lifecycle management. Plays a pivotal role in providing technical support to our sales team globally, strengthening long-term relationships with customers and partners, and driving the development and qualification of new metal card products based on market insights. Key responsibilities • Support the growth strategy of premium metal cards, driving financial performance and customer satisfaction., • Provide technical and product support to sales teams, including customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations., • Contribute to the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs., • Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders on product features, processes, and delivery., • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers and partners., • Support product development teams throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery., • Collaborate with stakeholders on pricing strategies for existing and new products., • Monitor product performance and key metrics to identify improvements and opportunities., • Conduct market and customer research to identify new products, markets, and innovation opportunities., • Collect and integrate customer and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve products and mitigate risks. Qualifications and skills • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field., • Experience in product management, technical sales, or technical marketing, preferably in financial services or a related industry., • Strong technical understanding, including manufacturing processes., • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., • Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify market opportunities and support data-driven decisions., • Knowledge of intellectual property and product development processes is a plus.
