Then you are great at analysing, optimizing and implementing business processes. /ppWe are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our team for a permanent position. Orion Animal Health and Inovet are setting up a Business Process Analysis (BPA) Team, coordinated by the IT Manager (France / Belgium). The team will play a crucial role in streamlining business processes that are in line with the strategic goals. The team strives to standardize processes that are or will be adopted by all colleagues across the organization, to ensure consistency and efficiency. /ppThis Business Process Analyst role is based in Arendonk, Belgium. /ppAs a Business Process Analyst with a specific focus on processes related to finance and sales, and an in-depth knowledge of D365 (ERP), you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and implementing business processes and act as a D365 expert within the company. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyze and map existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. /liliPrioritize different improvements, and implement them in the correct system (e.g. D365, Power BI). /liliImplement new procedures, and train employees to adopt the new processes and follow up if they need help. /liliStreamline master data management to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization. /liliMonitor the performance of processes by collecting and analyzing data, and report to all relevant stakeholders. /liliStay informed about the latest developments in business processes and ERP systems. /li /ulh3Unit description /h3pAt Inovet, you don't just do a job, you help build a healthier and happier world for animals.
