For more information, visit /p h3THE ROLE /h3 pWe are looking for a Product Manager to deliver powerful, intelligent yet simple-to-use solutions that let our customers run the best professional services organisations on the planet. /p h3Engage With Customers /h3 ul liCustomers are at the heart of everything we do. You will be empowered to collaborate fully with customers to gain a deep understanding of their goals and challenges. Bringing insights and opportunities back to the wider team to explore new solutions. /li /ul h3Drive Strategy /h3 ul liOwn the strategy for your part of the product - which is typically aligned to a key customer persona. /li liInfluence overall product strategy by sharing your insights into customers needs. /li liCollaborate with leadership to drive strategic investments and specific customer needs in parallel. /li liWork with engineering and design partners to define the shared OKRs for your team, ensuring strategy meets practice. /li /ul h3Discovery Delivery /h3 ul liOwn the discovery and delivery objectives for your assigned domain. /li liDevelop a rich understanding of customer needs in your problem space through customers interviews, stakeholder interviews, usage metrics data, and customer ideas. /li liPartner with the design and engineering leads in your team to explore potential solutions and test these to discover the best solution. /li liWork with your team to iteratively deliver the highest value solution to our customers. Expect to learn, adapt and iterate on the fly. /li liDraw on support from your experienced peers and discipline leads across Product Management, design and engineering. /li liOwn the responsibility for ensuring that features are ready to ship. /li /ul h3Go To Market /h3 ul liCollaborate with key customers to help them adopt and go-live with the latest versions of the product, including capabilities which you helped shape, design and deliver. /li liHelp train our sales, services and support teams so they can make customers successful. /li liPresent new functionality to customers and partners as part of the new release process at webinars, our conference and occasionally one on one. /li /ul h3What You Need To Be Successful In This Role /h3 ul liFluent written and verbal English language skills /li liDomain knowledge within one or more of the following: ul liFinancials/accounting /li liIndirect procurement /li liSupply chain management /li /ul /li liExperience working in an Agile environment or similar such as System implementation etc. /li liCan apply a systematic approach and able to make decisions with incomplete information /li liA clear understanding of the market and personas we are serving with our solution/s /li liCommunication/interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills /li liAn interest in Product Design / Ux /li liDemonstrated experience in influencing key decision makers and achieving agreement across teams and regions /li liStrong attention to detail. /li liGlobal mindset. /li /ul h3What Else Would Be Great /h3 ul liKnowledge of the Force.com platform, Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Frameworks are a strong plus. /li liAn understanding of Professional Services organizations and personas we are serving with our solution/s. /li liKnowledge of the “business of services” from Sales to Service Delivery to Finance across the customer lifecycle at an enterprise level. /li liPrevious experience working on ERP/PSA solutions, CRM solutions, CPQ solutions and/or cloud platforms is highly desirable. /li liExperience navigating the strengths and limitations of a platform architecture. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
