We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the next stage in the evolution of some of our products (Proton Mail, Calendar, Bridge). Product at Proton sits at the intersection of Engineering, Growth, Data and Design. Your responsibility will be to grow user engagement and retention by creating remarkable user experiences for our community. You are versatile in product-led growth, at the heart of our freemium model. • Work with the senior leadership team to define a strategic vision and roadmap, • Drive product innovation, develop novel, game-changing product features thatexpand our value proposition to new user segments and increase our defensibility., • Define and own what success looks like in terms of metrics such as active usage, user engagement, retention, and revenue., • Facilitate hand-in-hand collaboration between product, engineering, growth and marketing to align on the vision and the execution., • Lead the teams through execution from conception to delivery. Troubleshoot and solve problems involving multiple teams inside and outside of product and maintain high development velocity., • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions. We need you to have: • 6 -10 years of experience in product management inB2C or B2B SaaS, preferably inonline privacy and/orproductivity contexts., • Proven track-record in successful product and major feature launches in fast-paced environments., • Strategic leader with an analytical and data-driven mindset, with a track record for delivering products and features on time and with commercial success., • Strong empathy for the customer, user-centric mindset, and an unwillingness to lower standards., • A strong innate sense for good UX, with a love for design., • Experience building and managing high-performing teams., • A work ethic of going above and beyond to make things happen. Ability to be hands-on and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
