We’re seeking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Product Manager to improve our operational workflows and accelerate online revenue growth. You’ll work at the intersection of Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Engineering to streamline processes end-to-end (from lead to treatment end) and scale monetization initiatives across markets. This role suits someone who loves digging into funnels, fixing inefficiencies, and shipping pragmatic solutions that move KPIs. Key tasks: Own problem discovery and delivery for ops efficiency and online monetization use cases (from lead to booking to after treatment post-sales); Translate operational and commercial requirements into clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; Partner with Ops to standardize and automate workflows (e.g., scheduling, treatment process, delivery and logistics, SLAs); Drive experiments to grow online revenue: pricing/packaging tests, promos, checkout improvements, cross-sell/upsell, subscriptions, and churn reduction; Work with Engineering to deliver integrations and tooling (CRM, payments, billing, communications, analytics); Define and track KPIs, analyse impact, iterate quickly based on data and user feedback; Maintain a high bar for quality and compliance while moving fast across multiple markets. Requirements: 3+ years in Product Management, BizOps , or Growth/Monetization in a tech-driven environment; Proven experience optimizing funnels and shipping revenue-impacting features or experiments; Strong operational mindset: process mapping and automation with pragmatic trade-offs; Data-driven: comfortable with dashboards/SQL , defining metrics, and running A/B tests ; Excellent cross-functional communication with both technical and non-technical partners; High attention to detail, ownership, and bias to action; Nice to have: healthcare/medtech or multi-market ops experience, Spanish fluency.
