Together, we can shape the future.Job Description:RESPONSABILITIES:MaintenanceCoordinate and supervise internal and external technicians with the maintenance activities on site.Support the planner in the preparation of the maintenance activitiesGive pro-actively support in case of difficult activities and/or problemsFollow up maintenance activities and adjust where necessaryCoordinate 3th party services according to Sibelco technical and safety standardsCreate correct maintenance work orders according to Sibelco rules and standardsFollow up and execute maintenance plan for preventive and corrective maintenance tasksPerform gatekeeping on maintenance notifications and manage them with the correct priorityReview maintenance jobs and close the work orders with correct aftercareContinuously communicate with production operators, supervisors and engineers to ensure maintenance activities are performed according to planningCoordinate and support emergency regimeOperational ExcellenceActively participate in the daily performance dialogue and problem solving events. Coordinate the technicians and execute maintenance activities in the site according to Sibelco’s operational excellence and safety principles to contribute to the Sibelco’s continuous improvement cultureMaintain and/or improve and/or expand the technical installations to prevent failures and breakdowns and to optimize the availability and capacity of the installationsRepair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and/or hydraulic malfunctions and implementExecution of maintenance plan by Sibelco systems and standardsRegister and control information in the system to analyse and meet the predefined KPI’sPromote the performance dialogue in the team (using the appropriate KPI’s)Ensure contractors are meeting SLA’s and KPI’s and manage co-employment issuesExecute and support RCA to analyze and minimize machine downtimeOrganize and follow up maintenance activities and procedures to apply 5S concept on siteContinuous ImprovementContinuously drive and execute maintenance process improvements through a robust performance review and feedback loop to planner, scheduler and reliability engineer.Identify and repair or replace ‘problem equipment’ in collaboration with production and the reliability engineerParticipate and promote the use of problem Solving techniques to eliminate breakdownsSafetyEnsure necessary actions, including any administration, are taken to allow the installations to be used and maintained in a safe manner according to Sibelco safety rules and standardsExecute LMRA and ensure the maintenance team performs their activities in a safe and healthy way according the Sibelco life saving rulesPerform process confirmations on use of safety procedures and measurements as LOTO, LMRA, SOP’s,…Organize or support safety improvements in collaboration with other departments or safety teamsPeople ManagementMotivate and evaluate the team members to enhance team collaboration and support their individual development and growth.Ensure appropriate skill and capability mix of technicians across the maintenance functionAssess the maintenance staff competency level in comparison with the site requirementsCoaching and developing maintenance personnel, holding them accountable for delivery of results and supporting mutually agreed development needs.REQUIREMENTS:Technical degree in mechanics or electrics or equivalent by experienceEnglish – proficient verbal & writingLocal language of the country of base and main operations – proficient verbal & writingEmployee Type:PermanentWhy Join Us?Sibelco is more than a workplace—it’s a community that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
