COMPANY Our client is a leading SaaS provider operating in the high growth Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) and Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) industry. Through its solutions portfolio, they offer a multiproduct cloud-based SaaS platform and high-value tech-enabled services to help its clients. ABOUT THE ROLE To support their ambitious growth plans, the company is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic vision and roadmap of their flagship SaaS platform for contractor and supplier management. This person will own the end-to-end product strategy — defining the long-term vision, translating it into a clear, actionable roadmap, and ensuring alignment across all business areas. The role combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS monetization, scalability, and product-led growth for the SMB segment. This position reports directly to the Head of Product and will mentor a small team of Product Managers and Junior Product Managers. RESPONSIBILITIES Overall business objectives and growth ambitions. Lead the end-to-end product roadmap, balancing strategic priorities with tactical delivery, and ensuring execution excellence. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to transform business goals into a clear product direction and measurable outcomes. Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth. Champion a Product-Led Growth (PLG) approach—using the product as the primary driver of acquisition, retention, and expansion. Lead product discovery efforts using frameworks such as Design Thinking and Jobs-tobe-Done Mentor and provide structure to a team of Product Managers and Junior PMs, fostering growth and accountability Define, monitor, and iterate on KPIs and OKRs to ensure a data-driven product strategy. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to ship high-impact features and enhancements. Prioritize initiatives based on user value, business impact, and technical feasibility Validate new ideas through A/B testing, customer interviews, usability studies, and analytics. Lead initiatives to improve contractor monetization, engagement, and network effects across the ecosystem. Promote a strategic product culture grounded in experimentation, focus, and measurable outcomes. JOB REQUIREMENTS 10 years in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS environments Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or specialization in Product Management is a plus. Certifications in Agile or Product Management are valued. Proven experience in scaling SaaS products and driving monetization strategies Familiar with B2B to SME or B2C models (ideally both). Demonstrated experience implementing Product-Led Growth strategies, including self-serve onboarding, freemium models, and product-driven adoption. Strong background in product discovery, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Hands-on experience with user analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.). Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Familiarity with AI-driven features is a strong plus. Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Trello. LANGUAGES It is essential to be fluent in Spanish and English.
