At Fragrance Science, we are entering a very exciting stage. We have recently launched our new industrial campus near Barcelona: 23,000 m² dedicated to fragrance production, product development and the next phase of growth of the company. After several years of very strong growth, we are now looking for a hands-on Production Manager to take a key role in our manufacturing organization. This is not a “corporate” production role. We are looking for someone who enjoys the reality of the factory: people, shifts, batches, priorities, quality, safety, delivery, discipline, continuous improvement and daily operational execution. The role will be critical in helping us scale our production capabilities, strengthen our industrial routines, develop our teams and support the next chapter of Fragrance Science. What we are looking for: • Solid experience in industrial production management, • Strong background in fragrances, perfumery, flavours & fragrances or related sectors, • Experience leading production teams in multi-shift environments, • Chemical or technical engineering background, or equivalent senior industrial experience, • A very hands-on leadership style, • Strong focus on quality, safety, service and operational discipline, • Ability to work in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial and demanding environment What makes this opportunity different and so attractive: • A new industrial site near Barcelona, • One of the most ambitious fragrance manufacturing projects in Southern Europe, • A young and growing team, • Strong business momentum and important industrial challenges ahead, • A key position with real impact and a competitive compensation package aligned with the responsibility of the role
